Sensual Massage
Starting:
 Have your subject lay comfortably, (this guide starts with the subject laying
face down) and begin the massage.
If on a bed, you are sitting or kneeling beside your subjects hips,
or sit astride their thighs
as is comfortable to be able to reach as much of the body
as possible without strain.
Gently spread the oil over the subjects skin, enough that your hands can slide /
glide smoothly over the skin. Be attentive you your actions and the response of
your subject.
Keep your strokes slow and the pressure light to firm.
After a few repetitions change the stroke and
include the buttocks. Discuss what feels good.
 The back:

Place both hands
on the buttocks and slide up each side of the spine, feel the texture of the
skin and underlying muscles. Slide up, follow the contour over the
shoulders, slide your hands apart and slide down the side of the body, over the
ribs, waist and top thighs, your little fingers brushing the linen,
then pull your hands toward each other and repeat the stroke up the back.

As you repeat
this circular motion with both hands, try to feel the texture of the skin and
underlying tissues
- Explore the
contours and alter your pressure, if your not sure, ask your subject how it
feels and try changes to suit.

Circles up the
back, starting with hands on buttocks, make small circles up the back so as to
cover all the skin area that you can reach.
The circular motion up the back and down the sides has 100's of subtle
variations, changing pressure on hands and fingers. Follow and mould your
hands and fingers to the shape of individual muscles, focus on the point of
contact and the massage in time may become more intuitive.
